I accept payments via PayPal and most major credit cards through Stripe, a secure and trusted payment processor. You may choose your preferred method during checkout.

Appointments can be rescheduled for no fee or cancelled for a refund (minus any payment processing fees) up to 36 hours before the session. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 36-hour window, please contact me and understand that your payment may not be refunded for cancelling or a rescheduling processing fee may apply. Refunds for any reason will be for the service amount minus any and all payment processing fees*.

If you do not show up for your appointment and you have not contacted me beforehand to reschedule per the policies above, please understand that a refund will not be given or a reschedule fee may apply. 0

Sometimes a connection might just feel off, and I am completely okay with you acknowledging that. I hold no hard feelings, so please be honest and tell me immediately if the information isn't landing. I value your time and your animal's time, and continuing a session that isn't in alignment is disrespectful to you and your animal. 

Resonance Guarantee: If you notify me within the first 10 minutes of a live session that the connection is not landing, I will stop the session and issue a full refund (minus payment processing fees).

Completion Policy: If you choose to stay past the 10-minute mark and complete the session, it serves as your formal acceptance of the connection. As I have dedicated my full energy and time to the process, no refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

Regarding Accuracy and Responsibility: Animal communication is a co-creative partnership. If you fail to provide honest feedback, or intentionally withhold/mislead information to "test" the connection, it will directly distort the energetic channel. Please understand that if inaccuracies occur due to your lack of honesty or "testing," this is your personal responsibility and you must bear the consequences. Honesty is the only path to a high-quality session.

Gift certificates are available during specific holiday seasons. Please make sure that the person you are gifting the certificate to is interested and open to readings or energy healing.

The audio recording is for the protection of both parties. You do not have to consent to the recording of your session; however, you waive your rights to dispute any claims. Please read my policies, terms and conditions for further information regarding recording, disputes, and privacy. 

Booking for Others: The animal's primary guardian must have a clear desire and intention to communicate for messages to flow smoothly. Unless you are certain the other party is interested in a session, please understand and do not make decisions for other people.

Asking About Other People's Pets: I do not facilitate sessions for animals that are not your own. Without the direct participation and consent of the animal's true guardian, the energetic channel becomes blocked and unstable. To ensure accuracy and respect, please only book sessions for your own animal companions (living or in spirit).

Yes! I offer personalized guidance in areas such as psychic development, animal communication, connecting with your spirit guides and totem animals, manifestation, energy healing, and more. The scope and duration of the training are tailored to your unique needs and energetic blueprint. Feel free to reach out to discuss what kind of support would serve you best.

Energy healing is a holistic practice that involves channeling or activating healing energy to restore balance and promote well-being within the body, mind, and spirit. It's based on the belief that a vital energy flows through all living beings, and disruptions or imbalances in this energy can lead to illness, stress, or emotional issues.

Antojai is channeled and developed by Dr. Axél Carrasquillo. It represents a modality of vibrational healing harnessing quantum energies to infuse purifying energy into the conscious, subconscious, and astral dimensions, ultimately restoring balance within the your subconscious. 

Make sure you have read the policies , terms and conditions of our services. Notify us of any medical history or conditions. If you are on prescribed medications, please continue taking them as instructed by your medical professional(s).

Please make sure you are in a quiet space for the session, and come with an open heart and mind. You may also want to have a glass of warm water by your side, and have something to write on to take notes for the first 15 - 20 minutes and last 10 - 15 minutes of the session. 

The following suggestions are good options but not necessary: 

1.  cleanse your space with crystals, incense, or sage.

2. dim your lights.

3. use aromatherapy

Take lots of rest and drink lots of water.  Please keep in touch with us as we follow up with you and keep track of how you are feeling and what you may be going through. 

If you are on prescribed medications, do not stop taking them. If you are receiving therapy treatments, please continue to do so. Keep in mind that our services cannot be a substitute of other professional treatments you are receiving.

Soul Level Animal Communication is Danielle MacKinnon’s method for communicating with animals. At the physical level, we learn about the animals’ daily lives. At the soul level, we learn the lessons our animals are teaching us through their actions and behaviors. 

Regular animal communication offers you the opportunity to have a back-and-forth conversation, with me being the bridge of the communication.  However, I will not go into the soul level to find out what soul lesson your animal is working with you on.

No, the animal(s) does not have to be present for the reading.

No, a photo of your animal is not necessary.

In your session, your animal will be sharing about your unique relationship and the lesson that you are working on together. The messages from your animal are intended solely for you. If you feel uncomfortable at any moment during the session when another person is present with you, the messages may not come through as smoothly. As such, it is recommended that you are the only human attending unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Please contact me when you have doubts.

Yes, I can work with animals whether they are alive or in spirit. However, if your animal has recently crossed, please allow yourself at least 5-7 days to process the initial grief and give you both time to adjust before connecting. 

I do not handle lost pets on a regular basis. If your pet is missing, please contact me so I can refer you to a colleague.
