Payments are processed securely via PayPal. No account is required. You can pay using a Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay and Google Pay (available on supported devices and browsers).

If you have any questions or issues with payment, feel free to contact me at before your session.

Appointments can be rescheduled for no fee or cancelled for a refund (minus any payment processing fees) up to 24 hours before the session. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, please contact me and understand that your payment may not be refunded for cancelling or a rescheduling processing fee may apply. Refunds for any reason will be for the service amount minus any and all payment processing fees*.

If you do not show up for your appointment and you have not contacted me beforehand to reschedule per the policies above, please understand that a refund will not be given or a reschedule fee may apply. 

*For cases in which the accuracy is very off, please refer to the question: "What if I feel the information is not landing?"

I am an intuitive, not omniscient. 

Intuitive work is a collaborative snapshot, and because live and offline formats operate differently, satisfaction and refunds are handled as follows:

Live Online Sessions (10-Minute Guarantee): If the connection isn't landing, please speak up in the first 10 minutes. We will end the call and issue a refund (minus processing fees). Staying past the 10-minute mark confirms full acceptance, and completed live sessions are non-refundable.

Offline Readings (Final Sale): Offline readings are non-refundable once submitted. Because work and prep time are completed prior to sending your report, payment covers the time and labor dedicated to your reading.

Honest Collaboration: An open connection requires honesty. Withholding information or attempting to "test" the reader distorts the channel. Openness is key to a high-quality session.

Audio is recorded solely for mutual privacy and is automatically deleted after 30 days. Booking for Others: The animal's primary guardian must have a clear desire and intention to communicate for messages to flow smoothly. Unless you are certain the other party is interested in a session, please understand and do not make decisions for other people.

Asking About Other People's Pets: I do not facilitate sessions for animals that are not your own. Without the direct participation and consent of the animal's true guardian, the energetic channel becomes blocked and unstable. To ensure accuracy and respect, please only book sessions for your own animal companions (living or in spirit).

Yes! I offer personalized guidance in areas such as psychic development, animal communication, connecting with your spirit guides and totem animals, manifestation, energy healing, and more. The scope and duration of the training are tailored to your unique needs and energetic blueprint. Feel free to reach out to discuss what kind of support would serve you best.

Soul Level Animal Communication is Danielle MacKinnon’s method for communicating with animals. At the physical level, we learn about the animals’ daily lives. At the soul level, we learn the lessons our animals are teaching us through their actions and behaviors. 

Regular animal communication offers you the opportunity to have a back-and-forth conversation, with me being the bridge of the communication.  However, I will not go into the soul level to find out what soul lesson your animal is working with you on. 

Please make sure you are in a quiet space for the session, come with an open heart and have the ability to take notes.

No, the animal(s) does not have to be present for the reading.

No, a photo of your animal is not necessary.

Your reading focuses on the unique bond between you and your animal. Because these messages are deeply personal, extra attendees can affect the flow. Attending solo is strongly recommended. If you absolutely need to bring someone, please limit it to one guest maximum, but keep in mind that reading for them depends on the available time and whether the animal is open to it. Feel free to reach out before booking if you have any questions!

Yes, I can work with animals whether they are alive or in spirit. However, if your animal has recently crossed, please allow yourself at least 5-7 days to process the initial grief and give you both time to adjust before connecting. 

I do not handle lost pets on a regular basis. If your pet is missing, please contact me so I can refer you to a colleague.
