This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the user ('you') and Tzuya Weng and Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC (collectively, "we" or "us").

1. Scope of Services

We offer various energy healing modalities and reading services. Tzuya Weng is not a veterinarian, medical professional, therapist, or counselor. The information provided by Tzuya Weng or Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC is for entertainment purposes and spiritual practices only, and is not intended as a substitute for the advice and treatment of a veterinarian, medical professional, therapist, or counselor. You acknowledge and agree that all services, products, readings, and consultations provided by us are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. You release Julia Weng and Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC, and related parties from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your use or reliance on the services, products, readings, or consultations.

Results from our services, products, readings and consultations depend on your own interpretation and are not guaranteed. Tzuya Weng and Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC make no warranties about results. Tzuya Weng and Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC expressly disclaim any and all liability or responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or other damages arising out of any individual’s use of, reference to, reliance on, or inability to use the information presented.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and honest information about your health history and any existing medical conditions. You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, or other relevant information that may affect your participation in energy healing sessions. You understand that energy healing is not a substitute for medical treatment, and you should continue any prescribed medical treatments.

4. Consent to Treatment

By booking an energy healing session, you consent to receive energy healing treatments from us. You understand that the results of energy healing is not guaranteed and you acknowledge that the effectiveness of energy healing may vary from person to person and is influenced by various factors, including the your receptivity and openness to the healing process. 

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and health-related information shared during energy healing sessions.

Client information is stored securely and is only accessed by authorized personnel for the purpose of providing services and maintaining records.

6. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC, Tzuya Weng, and their respective parties against any claims or damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or products.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC, Tzuya Weng, and their respective owners, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, and other related parties from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, services and products, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party. This indemnification applies to any negligent acts, intentional acts, or omissions by you or your agents.

8. Governing Law and disputes

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the website, services, or products provided by Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC or Tzuya Weng shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Seattle, Washington, and the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on the parties. 

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Any claim or cause of action you may have arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Site, services, or products must be filed within 90 days after the claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

9. Reschedule and Cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled for no fee or cancelled for a refund (minus payment processing fees) up to 36 hours before the session. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 36-hour window, please email us and understand that your payment may not be refunded for cancelling or a rescheduling processing fee may apply. Due to the small nature of our business, we allow reschedules but do not give refunds. Refunds for any reason will be for the service amount minus any and all payment processing fees. 

10. No Show

Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it. However, we understand that life happens. If this causes you to not show up for your appointment and you have not contacted us beforehand to reschedule per the policies above, please understand that a refund will not be given or a reschedule fee may apply. 

11. Consistent violations of the changes and cancellation policies

We reserves the right NOT to offer rescheduled appointments to certain individuals if cancellations and changes persist.

12. Audio recordings

You will be asked to give consent to audio recording of your reading or energy healing session. Tzuya Weng and Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC are the sole owner of the recording. 

13. Data protection

This privacy policy tells you how Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC and Tzuya Weng use personal information collected at this Site. Please read this privacy policy before using this Site or submitting any personal information. By using this Site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. 

These practices may be changed at any time without notice, but any changes will be posted and changes will only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis. You are encouraged to review the privacy policy whenever you visit this Site to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used by Beyond Cosmic Infinity and Tzuya Weng.

Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy and security of personal data collected and processed during the provision of its online services. Personal data processed through payment platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, and credit card transactions are protected via the respective payment platforms. Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC collects and processes personal data necessary for providing its online services and newsletter distribution via emails. This may include, but is not limited to:

Audio recording of a session

We collect personally identifiable information, like names and email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request from Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC and Tzuya Weng. The information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example, to add you to one of our mailing lists.

Audio recording of a session is only held by Tzuya Weng and Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC for 90 days after your session, after which the recording will be deleted if no disputes regarding the session occurs. When you request that no audio recordings to be made of the session, you waive any and all rights to dispute any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your use or reliance on the services, products, readings, or consultations provided by Tzuya Weng and Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC.

Cookie and tracking technology may be used by Beyond Cosmic Infinity LLC and Tzuya Weng, depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to this Site, and understanding how visitors use this Site. Cookies can also help customize this Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information.
